what ''living systems'' means
You may have noticed that we don't call ourselves Verve Incorporated or Verve Limited or Verve Industries. Frankly, that’s not our style. Instead, we call it Verve Living Systems. The "Living Systems" part means a lot to us because "living" underlies everything we do.
For example, we give you access to advanced technology that supports the way you like to live. Whatever you like to do at home – whether it’s having an intimate dinner with your spouse or cocktails with friends, reading to the kids or playing bridge with the neighbors, enjoying a cup of coffee in the kitchen or watching a movie in the family room – our whole-house lighting control system makes it easy for you to set the mood to support the activity.
The technology itself also has a living quality to it. It harvests its own energy as opposed to depending on external resources for it. What’s more, our controllers are transceivers. That means they can talk to one another – or at least share radio signals. Show us a group of light switches that can pull off a trick as neat as that.
