VERVE® LIVING SYSTEMS RECEIVES PRODUCT OF THE YEAR HONORS
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (January 9, 2012) – The Verve® 10 Channel Controller from Verve Living Systems, developer of energy-efficiency control products, has been named among Electrical Products & Solutions™ magazine’s Top Products of 2011. Electrical Products & Solutions, The Purchasing Guide for Electrical Contractors, established the award in 2004 to recognize products that increase profitability for electrical contractors by saving them time or reducing materials used during construction. The Verve 10 Channel Controller was one of approximately 100 products considered for the 2011 honors by a panel of judges who all have extensive experience in the electrical trade and building industry.

VERVE™ KEY CARD SWITCH SELECTED AS BEST NEW PRODUCT
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (December 2, 2011) – Verve Living Systems, developer of energy-efficiency control products, won the Editor’s Choice Award for Best Green Technology Product during the 2011 International Hotel Motel and Restaurant Show (IHMRS).
The award was for the Verve™ Key Card Switch, which is part of the new hospitality product line introduced by Verve Living Systems this year. The product is an extremely affordable way to add occupancy based control for HVAC, lighting and electrical loads to hotel guest rooms. Verve solutions provide effective energy savings and return on investment without compromising guest comfort.

VERVE™ LIVING SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES HOSPITALITY INTERNATIONAL PREFERRED VENDOR AGREEMENT
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (November, 2011) – Verve™ Living Systems, developer of wireless, battery-less room controls and one of the innovative brands of Masco Corporation, has announced that they have signed a preferred vendor agreement with Hospitality International, a privately held company that has offered inexpensive franchising alternatives for hotel owners and developers since 1982. The new agreement establishes Verve Living Systems as the preferred supplier of energy saving room controls for Hospitality International’s franchisees.
