Verve® products make achieving substantial energy savings easy and affordable without sacrificing the comfort of your guests. Our wireless sensors determine the occupancy state of the room and send a signal to the control devices to set back temperature and turn off lights and other electric loads whenever the room is not occupied for a preset length of time. When the guest returns to the room, the sensors allow the room to quickly return to normal operation.
